    Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

    1) An item is eligible for cancellation if:
    -you posted a Return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status (if your order is under “Queued for Shipment” status, please contact our customer service center) or
    -the order is delayed for more than 10 days since payment and you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
    -the ordered item is out of stock.

    2) We accept return(s) if:

    -you receive a product different from your order; or

    -you receive a defective product.

    **Return Instructions

    *If received damaged or defective products, please send us a photo image of the product via e-mail or Q&A within 10 days, then we will re-send new products.

     

    *To exchange or return products please send us an e-mail or please leave a message on the online notice board, then we will help you with the exchange or return process. However, please note that you will have to charge for the return shipping and handling costs. We will make refunds once we receive the returned products. For exchange products the round-trip shipping and handling costs will be charged by the customer.   


    (1) Post a return request on our Return forum within three days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.

    (2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.

    (3) Items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. Also, you need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID.

    *Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.

    *Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.

‘Yoo-ki(鍮器):Brassware’ is a brass vessel, one of the Korean traditional tableware.

 

The rock-solid rich colored brassware comes from 78% best copper and 22% tin,

alloyed and dipped four times into twelve hundred degree flame, hammered thousand times

and then being polished four times. This complicated process is made with

tenacious devotion of the Kyeong-nam Province’s

intangible cultural heritage No.14 JingJang Lee Yong-ku master artisan(匠人)

and the disciple, as well as the son, artisan Lee Kyung-dong.

 

Brasswares naturally know what is good for human body

by changing into dark blue colors when met with toxic substances.

It has the thermal effect as well as the cold storage function on food

that provides to maintain the taste and to experience the effort of a nicely prepared meal.

* When first used to hold cooked rice, you may see a stain in the shape of rice grains on

the brassware due to a difference of temperature and humidity, but this will disappear after a few days of continuous use.

 

* Wash the brassware with dishwashing liquid and a green scouring pad scrubber,

wipe it with a dry dishcloth, dry it in the shade for a while and then store it.

 

* If storing for a long time, wrap in a plastic bag or wrap to ensure that your brassware will not change color.

 

* If used to hold vinegar, soy sauce, seasonings, vegetable or fruit with high pesticide residue,

or salty foods such as salted fish sold at markets for a long period of time, the color of your brassware may change.

 

* Do not use this brassware with a microwave oven or electric rice-cooker.

 

* If the color of your brassware changes, scrub it with a dry green scrubber.

 

* If color of your brassware changes to the extent that it cannot be washed by hand,

we can wash it for you, subject to an extra labor charge.
